1. Agreement to Terms & Eligibility

These Terms and Conditions constitute a legally binding electronic agreement between you (“Student”, “User”, or “You”) and School of Legal Education (“SOLE”, “we”, “us”, or “our”). By accessing our website (schooloflegaleducation.com), purchasing an online course or e-book, or using our digital student portal, you agree to be bound by these Terms and our Privacy Policy.

You represent that you are at least 18 years of age or possess legal parental/guardian consent, and are fully competent to enter into these terms.

2. Account Registration & Single-User License

When you create an account or enrol in a course, access credentials are for your personal, non-commercial educational use only:

• No Account Sharing: You may not share, sell, transfer, or pool your login credentials with any other student, institution, or third party.
• Session Security: Automated monitoring detects concurrent logins from divergent IP addresses. Multiple concurrent sessions may lead to an automatic temporary account hold.
• Account Responsibility: You remain solely responsible for all activities conducted under your registered account.

3. Intellectual Property & Copyright Protection

All materials on School of Legal Education — including video lectures, audio recordings, syllabus e-books, case law summaries, presentation slides, and question banks — are the proprietary intellectual property of School of Legal Education and are protected under the Indian Copyright Act, 1957.

4. Course Access, Validity & Curriculum Evolution

Enrolment grants you access to the specific course for the validity period specified on the course information page:

• Curriculum Updates: Indian law is dynamic. SOLE regularly revises lecture contents, module notes, and reference materials to reflect new statutory enactments (such as the Bharatiya Nyaya Sanhita, BNSS, and BSA) and landmark decisions of the Supreme Court of India.
• Service Maintenance: SOLE reserves the right to perform scheduled maintenance and upgrades. We strive to maintain continuous platform availability.

5. Certification Requirements

Certificates of completion are issued only when a student completes all prescribed lecture modules and successfully attempts the module self-evaluation quiz. Certificates carry unique verification identifiers verifiable by legal employers, bar associations, and educational institutions.

6. Educational Disclaimer (Not Legal Advice)

All courses, lectures, articles, and e-books provided by School of Legal Education are created strictly for educational, academic, and professional training purposes. 7. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted under applicable Indian law, School of Legal Education and its instructors shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising out of your inability to access the platform, network disruptions, or examination performance. SOLE’s aggregate liability shall not exceed the actual fee paid by you for the specific course in question.

8. Governing Law & Jurisdiction

These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Republic of India. Any disputes arising out of or related to these terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts situated at New Delhi, India.
