1. Nature of Digital Educational Content
Crash courses, special courses, recorded lectures, and e-books offered on School of Legal Education are non-tangible digital intellectual property. Full platform access is provisioned immediately upon payment confirmation.
2. Order Cancellation Policy
Orders cannot be cancelled once digital course activation or e-book permissions have been initialized in your student account. If you enrolled in error, a formal cancellation request must be received within 24 hours of purchase, provided you have not accessed more than one lecture session or downloaded any course materials.
3. Eligible Refund Scenarios (100% Refund)
School of Legal Education will issue a 100% full refund under the following verified circumstances:
- Duplicate Deductions: If your card or bank account was debited multiple times for a single enrolment due to a payment gateway timeout or network drop.
- Technical Non-Delivery: In the rare event that platform streaming infrastructure prevents access to your course and our engineering desk cannot resolve the issue within 72 hours of your formal ticket.
4. Non-Refundable Scenarios
Refunds will not be granted under the following circumstances:
- Subjective change of mind after accessing lectures or downloading course e-books.
- Inability to attend scheduled live Q&A sessions due to personal scheduling conflicts (recorded sessions remain available for subsequent revision).
- Accounts suspended or expelled due to terms of service violations, including unauthorized screen recording, piracy, or account sharing.
5. Refund Settlement Timeline

Approved refunds are credited back to the original source of payment within 5 to 7 banking business days, subject to standard bank processing cycles.
